Abstract: This study examines the role of business ethics in achieving competitive advantage for organizations. The research was conducted on a sample of 35 employees out of a total of 96 at the High Plateaus Tannery in Djelfa. A questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection, randomly distributed across different organizational levels (top, middle, lower management, and operational roles). Key findings include: - A high level of awareness among employees regarding dimensions of business ethics (especially manager and employee ethics), with the exception of organizational ethics which scored a medium level. - A high level of awareness of competitive advantage among employees. - A statistically significant positive impact was found between manager ethics and overall business ethics on competitive advantage. - No significant impact was observed between employee ethics or organizational ethics and competitive advantage.
