Abstract: Effusion as a Window to Diagnosis: An Unusual Case of Near ETP T-Lymphoblastic Lymphoma with aberrant CD200 immunoexpression. Key Clinical Message:Pericardial effusion as the initial manifestation of T-lymphoblastic lymphoma is rare, particularly in adults.Flow cytometry of effusion fluids can be pivotal in early diagnosis, especially in atypical cases like near ETP-T-LBL, enabling timely treatment and improved outcomes.
