Abstract: The design and synthesis of high‐mobility n‐type near‐amorphous conjugated polymers (NACPs) constitute a significant area of research in organic semiconductors. A series of NACPs were synthesized through acceptor modulation and terpolymerization strategies. It demonstrates that the optimal incorporation of selenophene effectively minimizes torsional barriers and reduces backbone regularity, resulting in efficient electron transport.
