Abstract: Hypertension is one type of cardiovascular disease, which is the most common disease in Indonesia. Arumanis mango leaves are often used as traditional medicine, one of which is as an antihypertensive because they contain antioxidant compounds such as flavonoids. This study aims to evaluate the effect of the n-Butanol fraction from Arumanis mango leaves( BDMA ) in influecing blood pressure in whitemale rats, identify variations in the effective dose of the BDMA that have an impact on lowering blood pressure, and analyze the histopathological features of endothelial cells in white male rats suffering from hypertension. This study used an experimental method involving test animals, namely 24 male white rats divided into 6 groups, namely negative control, positive control, test group with varying doses of 15, 30, 60 (mg/kgBW), and a comparison group (Captopril). The induction applied was a combination of Prednisone 2.5 mg/kgBW and 2 % NaCl for 14 days. Blood pressure measurements using the NIBP CODA (Non-Invasive Blood Pressure) device were performed on the before induction, the 15th day after induction, and the 7th day and the 14th day after administration of the preparation ( BDMA ), followed by sampling for the preparation of endothelial cell histopathology preparations. Data analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA followed by Duncan's test, and a significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure was found in the test group (p<0.05).
