Abstract: This article examines the application of modern methodologies for evaluating the efficiency of urban passenger transport operations and the quality of service provided to the population, using examples from major metropolitan areas in Russia, Western Europe, and China. A comparative analysis of monitoring, management, and digital technology implementation approaches in these regions is conducted.
