Abstract: In three-year research, we studied the impact of different ways of primary soil treatment on productivity of sugar beet in dry conditions of the western zone of the Krasnodar region. The best meanings on sugar beet productivity were obtained in a variant where used moldboard plowing and chiseling on a depth of 35 cm.
