Abstract: In response to the growing need to strengthen the behavioral health workforce, increase staff retention and promote strong leadership, the New Jersey Association of Mental Health and Addiction Agencies, Inc. (NJAMHAA) continues to move forward with an initiative designed to cultivate emerging leaders while reinforcing organizational sustainability.
