Abstract: Medical libraries are crucial in supporting research, education, and clinical practice in the healthcare sector.However, with the rapid advancement of technology and changing information needs, traditional library management practices are no longer sufficient.This review article explores strategies for modernizing medical libraries and enhancing their relevance in the digital age.Drawing on current literature and best practices, the article discusses the adoption of modern technologies, such as digital libraries, integrated library systems, electronic resources, and data management tools, to improve library services, facilitate access to information, and promote lifelong learning among healthcare professionals.
