Comprehensive Analysis of OLR1 in Gastric Cancer: Prognostic Significance, Pathway Enrichment, and Protein Co-Expression Networks
Year: 2025
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: OLR1 is implicated in tumor progression and immune regulation. This study comprehensively analyzes OLR1 expression in gastric cancer (GC) using data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). We assessed its prognostic value, expression across various pathological classifications, and involvement in key signaling pathways. Pathway enrichment analysis revealed associations between OLR1 and the PI3K-Akt, calcium signaling, and adrenergic signaling pathways. Additionally, protein co-expression network analysis identified significant interacting partners. Findings demonstrate that OLR1 is overexpressed in GC and correlates with poor prognosis, underscoring its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target.
