Abstract: PETquactIE（PET quality control tool of image evaluate）は日本核医学会のPET撮像施設認証に対応した解析ソフトウェアであり，PET撮像施設認証受審前のツールとして有用である。本研究では，18F-FDGとアミロイドイメージング剤を用いた脳PET撮像のためのファントム試験手順書に準拠して撮像されたPET画像を用いて測定精度を検討した。物理学的評価値である％contrast，CV，およびSDΔuROIは学会と同じ解析環境の結果と同程度であり，当該PET施設の条件設定にも利用できると示唆された。
