Abstract: This study offers a thorough analysis of the potential of hydrogels as a bone regeneration therapy for the elderly. Additionally, it offers a thorough analysis of current research on a range of hydrogel forms, including injectable formulations, nanoclay composites, and biomimetics. The sources thoroughly weigh the benefits and drawbacks of different hydrogels in promoting bone repair, giving special consideration to their biocompatibility, mechanical strength, and drug delivery. The project's ultimate objective is to support the creation of more effective, patient-specific orthopedic medicines grounded on rigorous research.
