Analysis of simulation results of impact fuze of pendulum testing machine

Abstract: In order to simulate the explosion impact environment test, the pendulum test machine is designed and the computer software is used to simulate the simulation test. Based on the basic principle of the pendulum impact testing machine, the finite element analysis software ANSYS and LS-DYNA are used to simulate the action process of the pendulum impact fuze. Simulation software is used to simulate the results of impact fuze of pendulum testing machine, and to study whether different factors can trigger the work of pyrotechnics and its trigger effect, which has guiding significance for the impact test and the design of the testing machine.
