Abstract: This paper presents a linear programming model for optimizing decisions on crop planting plots and types, solved using a particle swarm optimization algorithm to demonstrate its broad applicability. Initially, we developed an ideal foundational model. Subsequently, to address the variability of different factors, we incorporated correlation and substitutability to enhance the model's practical relevance. Numerical experiments indicate that the model is effective in optimizing crop planting decisions and offers robust theoretical support for agricultural decision-making, thereby improving agricultural production efficiency and promoting sustainable development.
