Abstract: Material production plan adjustment algorithm helps small batch material production. Solve the analysis of frequency, demand and sales unit price, gray correlation selection of important materials, ARIMA and XGBoost modeling forecast demand. The algorithm prototype predicts the production plan with a high average service level. Introduce circulation inventory coefficient and suspend production threshold coefficient, design algorithm, reduce inventory. Adjust the lag period and the calculation method to calculate the production volume, inventory volume, gap volume and service level. Finally, the application scheme of algorithm is given.
