Abstract: Taking the micromixer model structure as the research object, the COMSOL fluid dynamics simulation software is used to simulate the trajectory of the fluid in the micromixer. This study mainly demonstrates how particles are micro-mixed in a micromixer. By setting the initial parameters of the particles, the changes of the parameters such as the trajectory, velocity and acceleration of the particles are displayed in real time, which provides a reference for improving the mixing efficiency and detecting the particle flow in real time.
