Abstract: This research presents the influences of Thermophoresis and Brownian motion on the flow of bioconvective MHD Casson hybrid nanofluid (Ag- A l 2 O 3 / H 2 O ) over a movable slender needle in the existence of heat generation and chemical reaction. The main aim of this study is to increase the thermal efficiency using two different categories of nano particles: Ag- A l 2 O 3 , with H 2 O serving as the original liquid is calculated. Ag- A l 2 O 3 nanoparticles are primarily used in catalysis (e.g., reducing pollutants and promoting reactions), and biomedical applications, particularly for their potent antimicrobial effects against bacteria (including resistant strains like MRSA). They also show potential in sensing (gas and biosensing) and photodetection. The high surface area of these nanocomposites plays a crucial role in enabling many of these applications. PDEs can be changed into ordinary differential equations with the help of similarity substitution. They are nonlinear, and they are numerically simplified using the bvp4c approach. The results of this investigation indicate that the velocity profile of movable parameter increases if 0 ≤ l < 0.1 and decrease if l > 0.1. On the other hand, for hybrid nanofluids the concentration decreases with increasing Soret number and Schmidt number, while the opposite effect occurs for the chemical reaction. Radiation parameter act as an important role in diminishing temperature profile and the reverse trend found for Eckert parameter. Increasing the Peclet number and bioconvection Lewis number increases the number of local microorganisms.
