Abstract: The purpose of the study was to determine the quality of Usa Permit services at the One-Stop Integrated Investment Licensing Service of Buton Tengah Regency. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. The theory used in this study is the theory of Zeithaml et al. based on tangibles (Physical Evidence) shows that the quality of public services is good, starting from the appearance of officers in serving who are neat and polite., such as a clean and comfortable waiting room with air conditioning, television, information boards, and internet network, making it easier for the public to process permit applications, reliability, to provide services that are in accordance with what is promised accurately and reliably by providing good explanations to the community according to what is needed. Responsiveness shows that the quality of public services has been good, starting from responding to every customer who wants to get service, officers provide services quickly by officers., Assurance (Guarantee) shows a good guarantee dimension, this can be seen from the guarantee of certainty of costs in services, not charging fees in making business permits.and empathy The quality of public services for business permits shows that employees are seen to be friendly, polite and courteous in providing services that respect each user.. Based on the results of the study, the facilities and infrastructure that are already quite adequate with the completeness of various equipment make the quality of service increasingly improved and also the appearance of employees who are neatly dressed and polite which is always applied by licensing employees, providing accurate and reliable services by providing good explanations to the public, responding well in providing services to the public who use licensing applications, and being polite, friendly, and courteous in services that respect every service user
