Abstract: The application of digital technology in university track and field training is becoming increasingly widespread, bringing new opportunities for the innovation of training models and the improvement of training effectiveness. This study aims to explore the innovative development strategies of digital empowerment in university track and field training. Through the review of relevant literature and analysis of actual cases, this study elaborates on the advantages of digital technology in track and field training. It proposes specific innovative strategies in aspects such as training plan formulation, training process monitoring, training data analysis, and training resource integration, to provide references for the scientific and efficient development of university track and field training.
