This study aims to determine the key factors influencing the co-production of public services, main opportunities and challenges starting with investigation of specialized literature and continuing with concrete examples of co-production in cultural services provided by museums. The case insights studies presented explores the role of co-production in museums, particularly how involving visitors in the creation and delivery of services enhances diversity and improves quality. Drawing on real-world examples, theoretical frameworks, and scholarly research, this study highlights the benefits and challenges of co-production in general, and in the museum sector in particular.
