Research on allocation and matching method of urban crowdsourcing logistics human resource management based on neural network

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of inaccurate research on urban crowdsourcing resource matching, a research on human resource management configuration matching method of urban crowdsourcing logistics based on neural network was proposed. The crowdsourcing task attribute characteristics and distribution resource attribute characteristics were divided into groups, and data preprocessing rules were defined. According to the real data provided by cooperative companies, neural network and other feature classification methods are introduced to solve the resource matching model and generate the resource matching set. The experimental results show that the neural network has the best result in solving the resource matching model, and the accuracy is about 92%.
