Research on the Influence of Children's Dependency Ratio on Marital Stability under the Stratification of Residents' Disposable Income

Abstract: Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and cities from 2015 to 2023, this paper first uses the STATA software to construct a fixed-effects model to explore the significance of the interaction effect between the 10-year lagged child dependency ratio and the current disposable income of residents. Through analysis, it is concluded that the current disposable income of residents has a significant moderating effect on the influence of the lagged child dependency ratio on the stability of marriage.
