Design of Device Status Monitoring System Based on Cloud Computing

Abstract: This paper sends the data collected by the PLC gateway to the cloud platform, and set up the communication mode between the PLC gateway and the cloud platform. Bind the cloud platform to the gateway, then create the project and equipment. Use the device portrait to bind the current PLC gateway then create the engineering and device, after that associate the gateway, engineering and equipment and map the temperature and humidity collection points, determines whether the equipment is operating properly. This article effectively applies cloud computing to detect the operational status of devices in real-time, providing an effective method for predictive maintenance of industrial equipment.
