Research focuses on topics such as basic literacy and education, technology and application scenarios, health management and special populations. Conclusion: Research on digital health literacy among older adults is still an international research hotspot, but there is a large gap in research progress between countries. There is an urgent need to strengthen regional collaboration and international cooperation, as well as to conduct in-depth exploration of intervention strategies for improving digital health literacy among older adults, thereby contributing to the achievement of healthy aging.
