Research on Intelligent Question-Answering Assistant for New Energy Vehicles Based on Heuristic Interaction

Abstract: Against the backdrop of artificial intelligence, students majoring in new energy vehicle technology at higher vocational colleges often rely on AI tools due to insufficient problem-solving abilities, which easily leads to dependency addiction and mental inertia. Moreover, existing AI tools lack emotional interaction and guidance on professional literacy, making them unable to meet the needs of education. To address this, an intelligent question-answering assistant for this major is constructed. It innovatively adopts heuristic interaction simulating teacher-student communication to stimulate independent exploration, integrates emotional recognition and feedback mechanisms, and incorporates professional spirit and ideological-political elements to realize whole-process education. Verified through analysis of its design ideas, effect comparisons, and simulated teaching cases, it can effectively improve students' problem-solving abilities and cultivate their professional literacy, providing a new paradigm for the deep integration of vocational education and artificial intelligence.
