Abstract: Widespread internet access today necessitates robust security for authenticity, anonymity, and accessibility. This ubiquity, however, presents significant challenges, including preventing unauthorized network access, mitigating privacy concerns in current systems, and securely managing and distributing private keys for cloud signatures.Traditional Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) is often insufficient because it only verifies identity and fails to evaluate user reliability or guarantee data integrity and stability in dynamic cloud environments. These issues are further exacerbated by the difficulty of securely distributing keys to multiple authorized clients. This paper proposes a novel solution that combines advanced access management with advanced encryption to address these critical vulnerabilities. To enhance identity security and data protection, our design utilizes Extensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML) to implement an improved RSA-based RBAC system.A simplified admission control system enables secure, encrypted data storage on web servers.Furthermore, a hybrid encryption approach ensures complete private information security and reliable data recovery by fusing homogeneous encryption with an unstable information distribution technique.Empirical assessments demonstrate that this proposed work operates noticeably faster and offers significant advantages compared to current encryption methods and conventional RBAC, thereby providing a more reliable and effective cloud security framework.
