The approach used in this project is hypothetico- deductive approach. The population of this study consists of people working at Chashma in the Public Sector. A sample of fifty respondents will be selected through convenience sampling technique. The study finds that a strong relationship exists between stress and stress coping strategies, which means that stress management techniques have a positive impact on an individual’s stress management practices. It is suggested that management should take care of the employees to keep the work stress to a minimum.
