Abstract: The use of technology associated with the fourth industrial revolution, such as robots and artificial intelligence (AI), is the primary reason for the significant increase in the number of automobiles that have been manufactured by India's automotive sector. The purpose of this study is to present a comprehensive examination of the important implications that these technologies have on the dynamics of workers, productivity, and the overall efficiency of the sector as a whole. The "Make in India" campaign is one of the government programs that is being evaluated within the context of this research in order to establish the extent of the benefits that it provides. The adoption of technologies that were developed during the fourth industrial revolution is now one of the primary factors that is driving substantial changes in the car industry in India. Keeping in mind that this particular field of technology encompasses applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and robotic development is something that should be kept in mind at all times. In addition to investigating the ways in which technological advancements impact individuals, the purpose of this study is to investigate the ways in which these changes impact production and the general efficiency of the sector.
