Abstract: Optical fiber (OF) wires have found extensive application due to their several favorable properties, including their lightweight design, multiplexing capabilities, immunity to electromagnetic fields, and adaptability. With this context in mind, this study introduces a wire system for the measurement of various devices based on the integrated fluctuation of OF intensities. Create an algorithm for intelligent optical fiber wiring with ultra-large capacity, model the scheduling and anti-winding of optical fiber wiring automatically, and make large-capacity cable paths and automated fiber jumpers work in constrained spaces. An alarm-based intelligent optical fiber wire linking system is suggested. We build an intelligent optical fiber distribution management system that uses the robot arm to operate. The intelligent optical fiber distribution device, in conjunction with the robot and memory connection, enables the dumb resources of the ODF distribution frame to be digitally enabled, and realizes the functions of remote intelligent fiber hopping, remote intelligent inspection, and defect location. The resources of optical fiber ports are made digital and viewable. Optical fiber distribution robots equipped with OTDR modules for remote inspection may largely replace human inspectors. Next, the winding conditions were taught to be recognized and categorized using a convolutional neural network. Additionally, a fuzzy logic model is used to manage the winding of the robotic arm based on input from OF wires. The method's accuracy for gap state detection is above 98.67% and for overlapped line recognition, it is 100%, according to experimental verification. Fiber-Bragg-grating (FBG) sensors are used to assess the strain on the elastic arms and give a feedback signal to reduce their exural dynamics. A three-link arm's dynamic model is developed, taking into consideration gravity as well as rigid and exural dynamics. Nonlinear strain feedback dampens the arm vibrations. A model of the exural dynamics is not necessary for the controller's construction, and it is resilient and generic. FBG sensors have a greater signal to noise ratio than strain gauges in the context of closed loop vibration control, enabling a larger static gain in the feedback loop with more effective vibrational energy dissipation. Through simulations and tests using a flexible three-link robot arm, the viability and efficacy of the suggested vibration control method in combination with FBG sensors are confirmed.
