Strategies for Improving Job Satisfaction: The Role of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Career Development

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, and career development on job satisfaction at PT Royal Korindah Purbalingga. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 115 employees, a sample of 115 employees using the Stratified Random Sampling method. Data analysis uses the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results show that leadership style and work environment do not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, career development has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction.
