Abstract: Growth in the production of scientific research in the field of nursing. However, clinical practice and nursing education do not appear to reflect this vast body of knowledge [1]. Ideally, research findings should lead to improved care quality, enhanced nursing performance, and the development of educational programs [2]. Yet, in many cases, these findings either remain within academic publications or are overlooked in educational and clinical decision-making processes [3]. This gap between knowledge and practice—commonly referred to as the “research-to-practice gap”—is one of the key challenges in nursing education systems [4]. Nursing students are often educated in environments that still rely on traditional experiences, repetitive content, and non-analytical methods, despite the potential for recent research to revolutionize the educational process. On the other hand, educators and clinical instructors may lack access to practical findings or the skills needed to integrate them into the curriculum [5, 6]. Many studies focus on theoretical issues or areas that do not directly address everyday clinical challenges, making them less applicable or relevant for frontline nurses [5].
