Abstract: The study compares transcriptional differences between untreated and treated (thermally ablative Focused Ultrasound in combination with gemcitabine) triple negative breast cancer samples using the CosMx spatial transcriptomics platform. We present analysis and pipelines of the data generated by this platform.
