Design of a Campus Interaction Platform Integrating Emotion-Driven and Geo-Aware Mechanisms

Year: 2025
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: This study addresses the key issues of campus information platforms, including confusing content classification, delayed updates, and low user engagement. These issues hinder students from efficiently acquiring academic resources, participating in campus activities, and engaging in second-hand transactions. By integrating the principles of design psychology with geospatial perception technology, an emotion-driven interaction model is proposed to optimize user experience. Based on a systematic literature review and empirical user survey (effective sample size N=101), three core user needs are identified: personalized recommendations, geographic context information association, and instant feedback mechanism. A efficient campus interaction platform based on emotional design strategy is constructed, including core functions such as geo-aware content push, two-layer incentive mechanism, and scenario-based information architecture. This study provides a reusable theoretical framework for educational digitization, achieves a comprehensive integration of psychological design principles and location-based service (LBS) technologies, and provides a practical template for the development of context-aware campus platforms.
