Abstract: With the deepening of digital transformation, the teach mode of "curriculum thinking and politics" in business administration courses is facing new challenges and transformation pressure. We try to introduce artificial intelligence and big data analysis technology into the teaching design, and build an intelligent teaching model for auxiliary teaching and management. By conducting an eight-week control experiment, we hope understand whether the model has the ability to improve its learning effectiveness in the actual teaching environment. The experimental results are encouraging. Compared with traditional teaching, intelligent teaching systems perform better in improving students' test scores and course satisfaction. In particular, we noticed that students who use personalized recommendation systems have more regular learning trajectory and higher frequency of system interactions. At the same time, LT prediction based on STM reveals that students with top grades tends to show stronger learning persistence and system dependence. Of course, the effects of this model is not consistent across all student groups. Some students reported that the recommendation frequency of the system was high, which slightly disrupted their independent learning rhythm. This also remind us that while promoting intelligent teaching, how to balance system intervention and learning freedom is still a problem worth further discussion.
