Abstract: In power construction, high-altitude transmission line installation is a crucial and challenging step. Traditionally, when laying lines at heights, the guy rope must be threaded through pulleys on the tower. This requires manual labor to climb the tower and open the pulley, then guide the guy rope into the pulley, often in conjunction with ground personnel for tightening operations, which is extremely inconvenient.
