Abstract: This paper aims to improve students' financial marketing skills, employment competitiveness, and career adaptability by building a virtual simulation training platform based on AI avatar technology. This paper explores the application status and development trend of LLMs and AI avatar technology in financial marketing area, and evaluates the effectiveness of this platform in improving students' financial marketing skills. The results show that AI virtual simulation training platforms can effectively improve students' financial marketing skills, employment competitiveness, and career adaptability. At the same time, it has promoted significant educational reform through intelligent means.
