Obstacle factors and optimization path of online teaching in higher vocational colleges in post-epidemic era

Abstract: This paper focuses on online teaching in higher vocational colleges, analyzes its development situation in depth, and points out the obstacles existing in students, teachers, schools and other levels, such as students' poor self-discipline, teachers' insufficient application of information technology, school management mechanism is not perfect, low social recognition. At the same time, the paper puts forward the optimization path from all levels, including strengthening students' learning guidance, improving teachers' ability, improving school management and resource construction, improving social recognition and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation. Through the analysis of typical cases, the experience and enlightenment are summarized to provide reference for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of online teaching.
