Abstract: This study designed and implemented a detection system for college students based on improved Apriori algorithm, which improved the quality and efficiency of psychological counseling services in universities. The system includes four modules: data acquisition, preprocessing, abnormal behavior detection and data analysis. Data collection integrates questionnaires, behavioral and physiological data to ensure comprehensiveness and accuracy; data preprocessing adopts advanced algorithm to ensure data quality; abnormal behavior detection accurately identifies abnormal behavior through improved Apriori algorithm and deep learning model; data analysis provides scientific basis by using visualization technology and automatic report generation. The system performs well in the multi-dimensional test and provides strong technical support for the mental health services in colleges and universities.
