Study design: Case Report
Abstract: Angiosarcoma is a rare and aggressive malignant neoplasm that originates from the endothelial cells lining blood vessels. It can occasionally arise as a complication of both functional and nonfunctional arteriovenous fistulas. This paper will present a documented case of angiosarcoma developing from a nonfunctioning fistula in a 36-year-old male who underwent kidney transplantation and was on immunosuppressive therapies. The clinical manifestations, management strategies, and a comprehensive review of the literature on this uncommon disease will be discussed.
