Abstract: Key Points• Capsaicin was used for the treatment of nonallergic rhinitis with a reduction in symptoms at 12 weeks.• Patients tolerated clinic treatment with capsaicin and were compliant with home treatment.• Regardless of baseline IgE level in the nasal mucosa, patients receive benefit from capsaicin.
