Abstract: Aim of Study: This study analyzes public security in Kielce, examining crime trends, law enforcement effectiveness, and urban security management models to identify key threats and assess institutional and technological solutions. Application: The research provides practical recommendations for local authorities, law enforcement services, and social organizations to enhance urban security. Originality: This study uniquely combines empirical data analysis with institutional security management assessment, addressing contemporary urban challenges including digital threats. The comparative analysis of Kielce with other medium-sized cities and specific corrective action proposals represents a novel contribution to urban security research.
