Diffuse Alveolar Hemorrhage as a Rare Initial Presentation of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in Early Pregnancy: A Case Report
Year: 2025
Type: article
Study design: Case Report
Abstract: Diffuse alveolar hemorrhage is a rare but fatal manifestation of SLE, typically reported in well-established diagnoses of SLE. DAH itself as a presenting symptom is quite rare. In this case, we present a 24-year-old pregnant female at 10 weeks of gestation without a history of SLE presenting with DAH.
