Abstract: Treatment with ATTR-specific therapies confers additional benefit in AS-CA. Kaplan-Meier curves from the 2021 study by Nitsche et al. demonstrating that AVR improves survival in AS-CA and the Kaplan-Meier curves from the current study by Nitsche et al. demonstrating ATTR-specific therapy improves survival in AS-CA.
