Abstract: يتناول هذا البحث «أثر السياق في تحديد معاني الألفاظ الطبية الواردة في السنة النبوية "نماذج منتقاة"»، حيث يسعى إلى توضيح أهمية السياق في فهم الألفاظ الطبية التي وردت في الأحاديث النبوية. ويعتمد البحث على تحليل دقيق للألفاظ الطبية في ضوء الظروف اللغوية وغير اللغوية المحيطة بها، مستعرضًا كيف يُساعد السياق في الكشف عن المعاني الدقيقة لهذه الألفاظ، بعيدًا عن الفهم السطحي أو المجتزأ.ركَّز البحثُ على عدَّةِ محاور رئيسة، منها: تعريف السياق وأنواعه، وأهمية الألفاظ الطبية في السنة النبوية، مع تصنيف هذه الألفاظ إلى نباتية وحيوانية ومعدنية، إضافة إلى دراسة بعض الأمثلة والنماذج التطبيقية من الأحاديث النبوية، مثل «الحبة السوداء» وغيرها، لتحليلها وفق سياقها النبوي.توصَّل البحث إلى أنَّ السِّياق يُعد عنصرًا محوريًّا في تحديد معاني الألفاظ الطبية النبوية، ويُسهم في إبراز فهم شامل ودقيق للمعاني المقصودة، كما بيَّن توافق الكثير من الألفاظ النبوية الطبية مع الدراسات العلمية المعاصرة.واختتم البحث ببعض التوصيات، منها تعزيز الدراسات التي تربط بين علم اللغة والدلالة والعلوم الشرعية، والاهتمام بتفسير الألفاظ الطبية وفقًا لسياقاتها، بما يسهم في فهم أعمق للطب النبوي.This research examines "The Impact of Context on Determining the Meanings of Medical Terms in the Prophetic Sunnah: Selected Examples." It seeks to clarify the importance of context in understanding medical terms mentioned in the Prophetic hadiths. The research relies on a careful analysis of medical terms in light of the linguistic and non-linguistic contexts surrounding them, demonstrating how context helps uncover the precise meanings of these terms, away from superficial or fragmentary understanding.The research focuses on several main axes, including: defining context and its types, and the importance of medical terms in the Prophetic Sunnah, classifying these terms into plant, animal, and mineral terms. It also examines some examples and applied models from the Prophetic hadiths, such as "black seed" and others, to analyze them according to their prophetic context.The research concludes that context is a pivotal element in determining the meanings of prophetic medical terms and contributes to a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the intended meanings. It also demonstrates the compatibility of many prophetic medical terms with contemporary scientific studies. The research concluded with several recommendations, including promoting studies that link linguistics, semantics, and Islamic law, and focusing on interpreting medical terms according to their contexts, thus contributing to a deeper understanding of prophetic medicine.
