Abstract: ntroduction: Adrenal gland's tumors can be benign or malignant, Adrenal cancer is less than 1% in general. The rare incidence of these tumors, it’s the reason why there´s few investigations about it. There are no studies in Dominicans oncological centers about this pathology. Methods: We analyzed a case series of patients with adrenal tumors between 2019 to 2024. They were clinical, radiology and surgical to establish prognostic. Objective: The aim of the study was quantified and characterize the patients who diagnose adrenal tumor Results: Out of 346 patients, 6 (1.7%) went into surgery for adrenal tumors, 4 of them were women (F 66% M 33%) with a median of 45 years old, most of the patients came from the west side of the country (83%) and all of the patients were unilateral. 66% of the patients had tumors with a size between 2-10cms; 5 (83%) patients develop some symptoms and one of those developed a Cushing syndrome. The pathology showed that 5 of the patients were benign and one of them reported adrenal adenocarcinoma. To this day, all of them are healthy, except for the one who reported cancer who died. Conclusions: these tumors are rare, they are 3-6% of the intraabdominal tumors, and less than 1% of cancers. They must be individualized and study for a better prognosis, the surgery has proven to be a good treatment and the patients in the study had good acceptance. In the study, all patients underwent adrenalectomy with good postoperative management, except for the patient who reported adrenocortical carcinoma and died 5 months after surgery.
