The Influence of Pocket Book Media (“Know & Glow”) on Menstrual Hygiene Knowledge of Female Students at Al-Munawaroh Islamic Boarding School, Batang Regency

Abstract: However, female students at Islamic boarding schools still face limited information and access to education about menstrual health. This study aimed to determine the effect of the "Know & Glow" pocket book on menstrual hygiene knowledge among female students at Al-Munawaroh Islamic Boarding School in Batang Regency. The results showed an increase in the students' knowledge scores after the intervention, which included the "Know & Glow" pocket book, with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). These results indicate that the pocket book can effectively improve female students' knowledge about menstrual hygiene. It can be concluded that the "Know & Glow" pocket book has a significant effect on improving menstrual hygiene knowledge.
