Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of social and communicative skills of intern doctors in modern conditions during the period of full-time training. We used the questionnaire to determine the level of communicative interaction skills. The questionnaire has the following indicators: social-communicative ineptitude, intolerance to the point of insignificance, excessive aspiration of comfort, increased desire for status growth, focus on overcoming failures, frustration intolerance.50 individuals were quesionnaired, a clear and complex analysis of 133 questions was carried out. They were identified positive and negative traits and actions in communicating with patients and surrounding people. In article outlined the ways to improve social and communicative skills during internship.
