MIRACLE was the first clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of benralizumab injections in a large group of people from Asia with severe asthma. What were the main results of the MIRACLE study?People with severe asthma who took benralizumab had fewer asthma attacks (also called exacerbations). A similar percentage of people in the benralizumab and placebo groups had adverse events. What do the results of MIRACLE mean? The MIRACLE results support the use of benralizumab as a treatment option for people in Asia with severe eosinophilic asthma.
