Abstract: This research is to analyze the impact of information and communication technology (ICT) on job satisfaction levels, and to explore the role of work-family balance (WFB) as a mediating variable. In this study, ICT is measured using two variables: ICT job demand and ICT job resource. The research was conducted at General Hospital of Sultan Iskandar Muda (RSUD-SIM) in Nagan Raya Regency and involved 167 respondents. Data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM approach. The results indicate that ICT job demand does not influence WFB or job satisfaction. In contrast, the ICT job resource significantly affects both WFB and job satisfaction. Furthermore, WFB has a noteworthy impact on job satisfaction. Additionally, the findings reveal that ICT job demand does not indirectly affect job satisfaction through WFB. Conversely, there is a significant indirect contribution of ICT job resource to job satisfaction through WFB.
