Abstract: Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is a type of leukemia characterized by myeloid proliferation. Morgana is a chaperone protein, whose levels are lower due to the overexpression of miR-15a in CP phase. By quantitatively detecting miR-15a and Morgana, we could verify the correlation of them to CP-CML, thus as biomarkers of CP-CML diagnosis.
