Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at PT Indowira Putra. The factors tested in this study were organizational culture and motivation as independent variables. While employee performance as the dependent variable. The method used is descriptive research method and verification analyzed quantitatively. Data collection techniques used is questionnaires. This study used a sample of 77 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with the criteria for consideration of sample selection are employees of PT Indowira Putra. The data processing method used is the IBM SPSS 20 software program. The results show that the organizational culture and motivation have a significant and positive influence on the employee performance at PT Indowira Putra. Organizational culture has a greater influence on the employee performance than motivation.
